To apply Boobtape for maximum results, clean and dry your skin thoroughly, measure and cut the tape properly, lift and tape gently without excessive tension, and activate the tape by rubbing the adhesive before trimming any excess.

To safely remove Boob tape, gently rub coconut oil onto the tape, let it soak for 15 minutes, and then peel it off slowly, pulling against itself. To enhance the process, consider a warm bath before removal to loosen the adhesive. Avoid ripping to prevent irritation or injury.
